 NO Children allowed unless being serviced- NO additional guest also unless being serviced.

NO SHOW POLICY

 There is a $100 cancellation fee for services under $300- anything over is FULL PRICE - that fee will automatically be deducted to the card on file . If the card is declined the fee must be paid before you book your next appointment.

LATE POLICY

 If you are  more than 15 min late a $35  late fee will be  added to your service amount.

* Shampoos are  included in ALL  services.

For all braiding service - if anything slips or comes out within one week of service - i will fix it for free anything after that you will need to book and appointment to have perimeter rebraided or pay a fee per fix.              

Cancellation 

   There is a $100 SAME DAY cancellation fee for services under $300 - anything over is FULL PRICE.  Please cancel all appointments giving at least 48 hrs notice to avoid fee. If it is a service that required a deposit - ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE . ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE. If you have to cancel you lose your deposit. ALL SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 

Payments for ALL services is NON REFUNDABLE.. if you are unhappy with your service please speak with your stylist .

FYI- Most of my services do list a time, however, sometimes especially with braiding services I can go over that time. I will always text you in advance if I think it will happen. Please be mindful of this -
